A delicous potato salad with extra pickles

Ingredients:
| 10 pounds | chopped and boiled potatoes |
| 7 | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
| 3 cups | mayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoons | mustard |
| 2 teaspoons | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | pepper |
| 2 cups | dill pickles, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | pickle juice |
| paprika |
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, 6 chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, pepper, p8ickes, and pickle juice.
Fold in boiled potato pieces until mixed through.
Top with paprika and one sliced egg.
