The Cook'n application on my MAC won't open





QUESTION:

"The Cook'n application on my MAC won't open, and I've already tried the steps 1-5 on the FAQ section. I also made sure that Cook'n had full disk access, yet I still cannot access my recipes. HELP!!"



ANSWER:

If you have tried steps 1-5 and it doesn't fix the issue, that means that the application itself is corrupt. You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Open Finder>Applications
  2. Click and drag Cook'n to the trash
  3. Once it's fully deleted, you can then reinstall
  4. To reinstall, click to www.dvo.com and scrolling slightly, you will see a "Download for Windows" button and a "Download for Mac" button. Click one of those two buttons. Then open the application and sign into your cloud account.
  5. You should then be all set!
