1/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups maple syrup
Heat oven to 425. Heat butter in 13x9 pan, in oven until hot and bubbly.
Beat flour, milk, salt, and eggs until well blended. Pour over butter in the pan. Bake until sides of pancakes are puffed and deep golden brown,
20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.
